YOGA - THE UNITY OF BODY & MIND

In our shared moments, breaths, and movements, we experience yoga in its fullness—open, rich, and free of limits. We immerse ourselves in the flow, feeling both space and time. Through a variety of yoga styles, every moment becomes an opportunity to connect and expand. Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Bhakti Yoga, Meditation, Art Therapy, Kirtan, and Yoga Nidra guide us in harmonizing body and mind. Beyond the mat, we celebrate nature, the sea, laughter and tears, conversations, walks, meals, rest—and every precious instant together. We can’t wait to share this journey with you!

DAILY SCHEDULE

07:00–09:00: Pranayama, Sun Salutations, Relaxation. 09:00–10:00: Breakfast. 10:00–17:00: Free time for the sea, nature, or personal exploration. 17:00–19:30: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan, Meditation. 19:45–21:00: Dinner. Teacher: Jioti

THE 2-WEEK PROGRAM 

  • Shared transfer on course dates from Thessaloniki or Volos and back
  • 14 nights in the chosen room type
  • Daily generous breakfast buffet
  • 9 x vegetarian dinners
  • 8 x morning exercises (1h each)
  • 8 x late-morning Yoga & Qi Gong sessions (2:30h each)
  • 8 x evening meditations with relaxation exercises (1:30h each)
  • 1 presentation on Pelion and its healing plants
  • Optional: Up to 4 full-day hikes at € 30 each ● Greek circle dances € 5 per evening ● Individual massage sessions (e.g. Shiatsu or Thai massage) and energetic consultations using the I Ching oracle (prices vary). Optional services subject to availability and sufficient participation; bookable and payable on site.
  • Not included: Only for accommodation in sea-view rooms in the main house: Greek climate tax € 21 per room/week ● Only for accommodation in annex buildings: use of swimming pool € 5 per day/person (included in the main house).

THE 1-WEEK PROGRAMME

  • On request only. Schedule as per "2 weeks", but with fewer programme days incl. 7 x breakfast, 5 dinners. Sea-view rooms are allocated with priority to participants with a 2-week stay ● Incl. 2 transfers to/from Thessaloniki ● Not included: see 2-week programme.

EXCURSIONS

Some excursions are already included in the programme. The attractive surroundings can also be easily explored independently, e.g. the picturesque village of Horto (5 km) or the small seaside town of Milina (7 km). In Argalasti, the nearest village (4 km), there is a market, tavernas, supermarket, bakery, hospital, post office and ATM. The provincial capital Volos is about 40 km away. In the quiet hinterland of the peninsula, winding paths invite enjoyable hiking through a rich variety of wild plants.

Jioti

Jioti wuchs als Grieche in Deutschland auf. Nach seinem Studium der Philologie und Sportwissenschaft zog es ihn 2006 zurück zu seinen Wurzeln in Griechenland. Dort entdeckte er den Weg des Yoga für sich. In Thessaloniki schloss er seine Ausbildung zum Yogalehrer ab und vertiefte sein Wissen durch Weiterbildungen in Indien, England und Spanien. Seitdem unterrichtet er Yoga in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern wie Griechenland, Deutschland, Spanien und der Schweiz, wo er auch Seminare, Workshops und Retreats leitet.
